Train the Trainer Program

With several innovative coach training techniques and methods being utilised, we are determined to provide each student under our aegis, the best possible training sessions. Our truly innovative program, allows us to ensure that there is a uniform coaching experience at all the schools and destinations, greatly reducing the importance of one a particular coach.

We understand that in order to train future stars, the coaches themselves have to be well prepared, which is why each coach who joins our team is put through a rigorous training program and schedule, trained in accordance to international standards, We also have got our coaches from all different sports department trained and certified by one of India’s leading IPL Grassroots Team,

The amount of time taken to train the coaches depends on the skill levels and calibre of the coach. Should we have coaches who have already had extensive exposure of the sport, the time taken by them would be much lesser as compared to novice trainers. Our training methods and techniques enables a coach with a very basic skill levels rise through the ranks, with major improvements in their skill levels.

I have been playing volleyball from last two months now and I can see the difference in my game, credit goes to our coaches. They improved my game. My defense and smashing has improved a lot. Our coaches are very co-operative. They helped us improve a lot. Everyday proper workout is taken by our coaches and our fitness is been improved as compared to first day. I would like to thank 'SRS SPORTS' for appointing us such talented coaches.
